Alleged corruption cases of an ex-Director of METEC, Major General Kinfe Dagnew, and his other staff members, ex-management officials of Ethio Telecom, as well as the cases of Human Right Violations of ex-management and officers of the Ethiopian National Intelligence and Security Service, the Ethiopian Federal Police, and the Federal Prison Administration, were handled by HLO teaming up with other partners. Since the conflict erupted in the Northern Ethiopia of the Tigray Region in November 2020, our office is serving as a Coordinator and Member of the Lawyers' Defense Team for hundreds of prisoners arrested in connection with disrupting constitutional order and terrorism.
