Mawcha is an experienced corporate attorney with a decade of legal expertise. He was previously a Judge and is now an Assistant Professor lecturer at Axum University Law School and a practicing lawyer. Mawcha has extensive knowledge of legal and business matters, excels in high-stakes negotiations, and is proficient in investment, regulatory issues, commercial contracts, construction, and arbitration. Mawcha holds an LL.M. in Business Law in 2020 and an LLB in General Law in 2013, both with great distinction from the Law School of the University of Addis Ababa
